Theodor Christopher Arnold FRICKE (¿ OR LEGENDARY UNKNOWN ITALIAN?)^6,13 was born on 19 Apr 1844 in Hamburg, Germany.¹³ He was a baptist.¹³ He was a carpenter.¹³ He died in Jan 1888 in Hamburg, Germany. The data in Werner Ruppel's Ahnentafel cites Theodor Fricke as Christinane Claus's father. The family legend, however, as passed on by the Albert information, claimed that "a travelling journeyman from Northern Italy who had dark hair and fiery eyes ("'fahrender Geselle' aus Oberitalien mit dunklen Haaren und 'Glutaugen'") was the father of Christiane Claus's daughter." At any rate, Christiane kept her mother's last name, so one assumes there was no marriage involved.

Christiane CLAUS⁶ was born on 3 May 1835 in Oberrad, Frankfurt, Germany.¹³ She died on 14 Dec 1897 in Offenbach am Main, Germany.¹³ She met a travelling journeyman from Northern Italy who had dark hair and fiery eyes ("'fahrender Geselle' aus Oberitalien mit dunklen Haaren und 'Glutaugen'") and who fathered her daughter.
